Please join me in welcoming Julie Burk to Staco as the new Customer Service Manager effective yesterday, June 3rd. Julie will be managing our inbound calls for Service. She’ll ensure that all calls are entered into EPICOR Case Management and are followed up on. She’ll also be managing the Service Coordinators to ensure efficient use of our critical resources. Julie comes to us with nearly 29 years of call center and customer service management and with a B.B.A. in Business Management from McGregor School of Antioch University. She will be reporting to me.
