Please join me in welcoming Julia Fulks to Staco as our new Service Coordinator effective yesterday, December 9.
Julia comes to us with 25 years of experience as an Operations Manager/Scheduling Coordinator and most recently from MEVA Formwork of Springfield where she worked as a Freight Coordinator.
She will be responsible for scheduling all services; startups, PM’s, battery replacements, and repairs, as well as scheduling the shipments of any required parts to ensure services are completed on time. She will coordinate the services between our internal service technicians, Authorized Service Providers, and the end customer.
She will also be responsible for maintaining the service records within Epicor and tracking all service cases to ensure they are closed in a timely manner, and to work with the service team to quote all services as requested by a customer or as required from the field. Julia will report directly to me.
