Please join me in welcoming Joan Locke to Staco as our new Service Sales Representative effective January7th.
Joan comes to us with 15 years of experience as a Property Manager/Scheduling Coordinator and most recently from KEMCO Outdoor Lighting in Graham NC. where she worked as a Scheduling Coordinator.
She will be responsible for quoting all services; startups, PM’s, battery replacements, and repairs, as well as establishing new Service Sales.
She will also be responsible for maintaining the service sales records within Epicor and tracking all service sales cases to ensure they are closed in a timely manner, and to work with the service team to quote all services as requested by a customer or as required from the field. Joan will report directly to me.
