All,
I’m pleased to announce that Ethan Sites will be joining the Staco Team in the newly created role of Winding Process Expert, reporting to me, effective Monday 3/3. Ethan comes to us from ToolTech LLC where he began his career as a Tool Maker/Machinist and was later promoted to the role of
Engineer/Designer. Ethan comes to us with five years of experience with our winding equipment, as he has been the primary resource responsible for setting up and qualifying our Ruff winding machines at ToolTech. He will also be challenged with learning the new Sumwic core winders and our epoxy, sanding, and plating processes, making him the in-house expert for the coil production process.
Stan Byrd will remain the Equipment and Facilities Manager and will be focusing on implementing our PM program using our new PM software. This is in addition to his facility management duties.
