6. Pre-Startup Site Checklist

Complete all applicable items before the technician arrives. Equipment must be fully installed. Incomplete preparation may result in a cancelled visit and billable return trip.

Start-up validates proper installation and places the system into service. It does not replace the installing contractor’s responsibility for wiring, grounding, and code-compliant installation.

I acknowledge that an end-user or authorized representative must be available at the conclusion of start-up for operator training. Return trips for missed training are billable. * I acknowledge the checklist items will be completed as indicated. If the system is not ready when the Staco technician arrives, rescheduling may require a new checklist and may incur additional charges. * I understand that if batteries are past their recharge-by / install-by date, warranty coverage may be compromised. * I understand input power must remain OFF until the Staco technician authorizes energization. * I authorize Staco Energy Products Co.
